R. Edna Sexton, M.Ed, Gri, sres
Edna, a native North Carolinian, has been in real estate practice and education for over 30 years. She brings to each class a wealth of experience and adventures that bring the course topics to life. In her roles as Company Owner, Broker, BIC, and Instructor, her primary goal and passion is to inspire agents to provide outstanding service to the public. She believes the classroom is a place to explore, engage, question and learn...while having fun!
Real estate, after all, is anything but boring!
Edna is also actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Teri is an award-winning REALTOR® with extensive brokerage experience. Her passion has always been to train, coach, and support real estate professionals to build successful and rewarding careers. Through the years, she has held numerous positions on boards and committees within the industry, as well as serving as BIC for over 20 years. Now she is taking that same passion to help agents succeed in the classroom!
In addition to her real estate endeavors, Teri has served as a coach for special needs sports and has participated in several 3-day, 60-mile Breast Cancer walks.
Scott Wittig
Scott has served in many roles throughout his 28+ year career to include processing, originating, and in leadership. He prides himself on the fact that over 50% of his business each year comes from previous clients whose trust he has earned and who are kind enough to go back to him again and again. The mortgage industry encapsulates all that he loves – interaction with people, the ability to serve and educate, the development of trust in a relationship, real estate, and finance. He considers it an honor to work with people on such a crucial aspect of their financial lives.
In addition to lending and teaching, Scott has authored three books, stays active at the gym and playing soccer, and volunteers to serve young adults through his church and a local high school.
